Senior Project Manager Infrastructure and Transportation Engineering Projects - Parsons Corporation - Dubai UAE

• Plan, direct, and supervise all technical, administrative, and financial aspects of assigned infrastructure and engineering projects
• Develop and manage project budgets, revenue forecasts, labor costs, and profitability targets
• Lead project execution ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, schedules, and engineering standards
• Manage project invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes
• Develop and oversee project management plans including quality assurance, health and safety, and risk management frameworks
• Assign responsibilities to engineering teams and coordinate resources across project disciplines
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective action plans to address delays, cost overruns, or scope changes
• Manage negotiations related to scope changes with clients and subcontractors
• Maintain strong client relationships and support business development opportunities

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical or business discipline
• Minimum twelve years of experience in infrastructure engineering or land development projects
• At least five years of experience managing projects within the UAE infrastructure sector
• Proven experience managing engineering teams including engineers, designers, and technical specialists
• Strong understanding of local regulations, engineering codes, and construction standards in the UAE
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex infrastructure or transportation engineering projects
