  • Ensure daily activities and milestones across multiple factory sites operate as a synchronized delivery engine
  • Coordinate site activities for internal teams and external resources across different locations
  • Prepare comprehensive project dashboards, performance summaries, and status reports for senior management and executive leadership
  • Maintain a centralized repository of project data, documentation, and reporting records
  • Act as the primary communication link between factory site supervisors, external vendors, and senior stakeholders
  • Facilitate clear and timely information flow to support decision-making at executive level
  • Support alignment of site-level execution with long-term organizational and manufacturing objectives
  • Coordinate with government authorities and relevant external bodies as required
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in senior-level project coordination involving multiple sites and executive reporting
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects or locations simultaneously while maintaining strategic focus
  • Experience coordinating with government authorities and regulatory bodies
  • Strong organizational, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively across operational, technical, and leadership teams
