• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach to assess qualifications, availability, and interest in open positions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for priority hiring roles across the organization.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor research to identify potential talent pools.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies and improve recruitment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and track sourcing activities within applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Represent the employer brand professionally in candidate communications and early engagement stages.
• Support recruitment teams in coordinating hiring activities and managing early stages of the recruitment process.

• One to two years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition support roles.
• Experience working in high-volume hiring environments such as retail, grocery, or supermarket operations is an advantage.
• Strong research skills and ability to identify talent using online search tools and professional networks.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and recruitment platforms or the ability to quickly learn new sourcing tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
