Bulk Handling Operator Cementing - ADNOC Group - Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Operate and monitor bulk handling systems including silos, conveyors, and pneumatic transfer systems for cementing materials.
• Set up and calibrate bulk equipment to ensure accurate measurement and controlled delivery of cement and additives.
• Supervise loading, unloading, and storage of bulk cementing materials in compliance with safety procedures.
• Conduct routine inspection, troubleshooting, and minor repairs of bulk handling equipment to maintain operational reliability.
• Monitor operational parameters such as material flow rates, pressure levels, and system performance to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to ADNOC Drilling HSE policies and safe handling of hazardous materials.
• Maintain accurate records of bulk material consumption, equipment performance, and operational logs.
• Coordinate with cementing and wellsite teams to ensure timely supply of materials as per operational schedules.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior operators and field assistants.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste materials in line with environmental regulations and company standards.
• Comply with ADNOC and client asset integrity management codes of practice.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma in Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in bulk handling operations within the oil and gas industry.
• Familiarity with cementing equipment, pneumatic transfer systems, and material handling processes.
• Strong understanding of HSE requirements in drilling and well service environments.
• Ability to interpret operational data and adjust equipment settings accordingly.
