The Senior Project Manager plays a central role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing interfaces, and delivering projects within time, cost, and quality targets.Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of rail project phases from concept to completion
- Monitor contractor and consultant performance against schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and safety protocols
- Manage project interfaces between multiple work packages and systems
- Oversee preparation of tender documentation and secure necessary approvals
- Implement quality assurance processes and conduct inspections to ensure compliance
- Lead stakeholder communication and provide regular progress updates
- Manage contract delivery, including change control and reporting mechanisms
- Identify risks, delays, and cost impacts, and implement corrective strategies
- Oversee development of key project plans including safety, quality, and commissioning plans
- Promote collaboration and best practices across project teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with strong technical background
- Minimum 15 years of experience in rail or major infrastructure projects
