- To establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- To design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- To measure effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and actively working on continuous process improvement
- Prepare annual budget and set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Spearhead development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for operational infrastructure for systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization.
- To motivate and lead a high performance management team
- To attract, recruit and retain required members of the executive team and provide mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program.
- To act as lead "client-care officer" through direct contact with every client and partner.
- To assist, as required, in raising additional capital at appropriate valuations to enable the Company meet sales, growth, and market share objectives.
- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
- Presents new ideas and cash flow strategies to board of directors and other company officers
- To foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
- To represent the firm and manage relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
- Oversee operations of the company and the work of executives (Operations Heads, Sales, etc.)
- To evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
- To coordinate with human resources department to recruit skilled talent and retain the best employees
- To promote communication between colleagues for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that arise
- To provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.
- Supervise sales & marketing activities in the company with Management and Division Heads.
- To attend and manage regular meetings with various departments ensuring smooth operations.
- To analize, evaluate and recommend salary increments and incentives.
- To drive geographical expansion of the company activities under directives from the board and make recommendations towards the same.
- Report to the board of directors on semi annual basis
