  • Engage various stakeholders. You build constructive relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders (e.g. schools, nurseries, children’s hospitals, etc.), leveraging your strong communication skills.
  • Understand the local Quality Assurance frameworks as well as global standards. You have knowledge of quality assurance guidelines in Abu Dhabi and the latest Quality Assurance practices, methodologies, and tools.
  • Show passion for the ECD sector. You are fully committed to improving the well-being and outcomes of Abu Dhabi’s young children and their families.
We value experience in the following –
  • Working in a performance management or monitoring role – preferably in the field of Quality Assurance
We are looking for the following educational qualifications (preferred) –
  • Bachelor’s degree in sciences, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
