Manage the scope of engineering works, schedules, change management, and project closeout activities for assigned infrastructure elements
Lead and manage the construction supervision team for roads, utilities, and infrastructure works on a large community development project
Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and standards
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure contractual compliance and timely delivery of project milestones
Review and approve work outputs, ensuring quality standards and applicable procedures are followed
Review, assess, and approve change orders, and communicate changes to project management and relevant stakeholders
Coordinate with local authorities and government agencies for NOCs, inspections, commissioning, approvals, and final handover
Manage client expectations and provide regular progress updates and technical input
Ensure smooth execution, testing, commissioning, and handover of infrastructure services
Ensure Parsons' contractual rights and obligations are fulfilled throughout the project lifecycleCandidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
Minimum 15 years of overall experience in construction supervision of infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, and community developments within the UAE
Recent and proven experience on large-scale community development projects in Dubai is essential
Strong knowledge of Dubai authority requirements, NOC procedures, commissioning processes, and government standards
Good technical knowledge with strong understanding of infrastructure design, construction, and supervision practices
Proficiency in relevant engineering software and standard computer applications
Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
Solid understanding of construction health, safety, and environmental requirements
Ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and coordinate effectively with clients and multiple stakeholdersAbout the Company
