Job Title: Executive – QHSEJob SummaryThe Executive – QHSE is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving the company’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment management systems. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and promotes a culture of safety and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality (Q)
  • Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001
  • Conduct internal audits and assist in external audits
  • Monitor quality performance and initiate corrective/preventive actions
  • Ensure documentation and process standardization
Health & Safety (H&S)
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
  • Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification
  • Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses
Environment (E)
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards (ISO 14001)
  • Monitor waste management, emissions, and resource usage
  • Promote sustainability initiatives within the organization
  • Maintain environmental records and reports
General Duties
  • Develop and update QHSE policies and procedures
  • Maintain records and prepare reports for management
  • Coordinate with different departments for compliance
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities when required
Qualifications & SkillsEducation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Environmental Science / Safety Management or related field
Experience
  • 2–5 years of experience in QHSE or related role
Skills
  • Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and training abilities
  • Attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and audits
