- Lead the design, governance, and rollout of Aldar Education's ERP across the organisation.
- Ensure the ERP platform structure supports operational AI capabilities across P&C, Finance and Procurement.
- Establish the operational framework, processes, and governance protocols required to manage and scale the platform effectively.
- Ensure the ERP enables robust reporting and visibility.
- Define and manage the long-term strategic roadmap for the ERP platform beyond the initial rollout phase.
- Monitor usage, adoption, operational data to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous platform enhancement.
- Act as the central point of coordination between business, and the Digital & Technology Services team for ERP development and optimization.
- Platform Design & Implementation
- Ensure the platform supports standardized delivery while enabling flexibility for subject and operational needs.
- Lead the implementation and phased rollout of the ERP across the network.
- Manage and responsible backlog, delivery and operations of the platform.
- Governance & Operational Framework
- Ensure alignment between ERP usage and operational objectives across the group.
- Training, Adoption & Change Management
- Lead change management initiatives to support successful platform adoption across the network.
- Develop guidance materials, training resources, and best practice frameworks for ERP use.
- Data Visibility & Reporting
- Develop reporting dashboards and analytics that provide insights into: Budget, People process and Procurement
- Partner with leadership teams to translate ERP insights into actionable educational improvements.
- Strategic Roadmap & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor adoption and platform effectiveness, continuously refining platform capabilities based on feedback and data.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary HQ contact for ERP-related strategy, performance monitoring, and platform evolution.
- Engage with vendors and partners where required to support platform enhancement.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Relevant professional experience working with, education environments, or digital platforms.
- Experience in training, support, or change enablement is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Technology, Digital, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in technology, digital platforms, or ERP program leadership
- Experience implementing or managing ERP platforms such as Oracle,SAP or similar systems
- Experience managing digital transformation initiatives in large scale organisations
- Deep understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning and digital ecosystems
- Experience with Oracle (or similar) platform architecture and configuration (preferred)
- Strong understanding of operational delivery, digital pedagogy, and workflows
- Experience leading platform implementation and change management across large organizations
- Strong stakeholder management skills across education and technology environments
- Ability to translate educational needs into technical platform capabilities
- Experience designing reporting frameworks and analytics dashboards
- Strong project management and program delivery capability
- Excellent communication, training, and facilitation skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive continuous platform innovation
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
