Support the review and development of the strategy including its centralization, unification, modernization, and optimization. The R&PIP Specialist will support the development of a fit for purpose unified organizational structure and resource requirements.Duties and Responsibilities:Review recommendations against identified site operation risk profiles and Pre-Incident Plans / Emergency Response requirements. • Conduct an analysis of the current emergency response resources across all operations and identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. (Current State Report). • Identify the gaps and areas for improvement resource provision, including structure, governance, strategic positioning of resources, capabilities, and future challenges. • Support the development of the overarching vision and strategy for the future state, including its centralization, unification, modernization, and optimization. • Support the development of a fit for purpose unified structure , including the roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines of the key positions, and optimization of resources. • Assist in the development of the overarching roadmap and the action plan for the implementation of the strategy, including the timelines, milestones, deliverables, and identified fire & rescue resources. • Support the enhancement of the emergency preparedness arrangement , with particular emphasis on the utilization and provision of fit for purpose resources. • Provide regular progress reports and updates to the review manager, review team members, review Lead and Steering Committee. • Support the development of a change management strategy / process and the stakeholder engagement for the successful execution of the review recommendations.
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in emergency response and preparedness planning / resourcing mapping, preferably in the oil and gas industry, industrial and aviation sectors.
A proven track record in risk management and pre-Incident planning within the emergency response sector, in particular fire and rescue operations, with preferable experience within organizational transformation.
A sound knowledge of the best practices and the international standards in fire and rescue operations and service provision, including the NFPA and European frameworks.
A strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
A high level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A willingness to travel and work in different locations as required.

Exposed to the prevailing weather conditions involving heat, humidity, etc. during worksite audits and inspections.
