This role involves assessing organizational needs, developing strategies to improve performance, and facilitating change management initiatives. The Specialist will work closely with leadership and employees to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.Key Responsibilities: * Organizational Assessment and Analysis:
  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for development.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and areas of concern within the organization.
  • Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Create programs to enhance employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Change Management:
  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and culture change.
  • Develop change management plans, including communication strategies and training programs.
  • Talent Development:
  • Design and implement talent development programs, including leadership training, career development, and succession planning.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other learning and development activities.
  • Performance Management:
  • Develop and enhance performance management systems to ensure they effectively support employee growth and organizational goals.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management practices.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Create and manage initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct employee surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gather insights and develop action plans.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with HR, senior leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure organizational development initiatives are effectively implemented.
  • Communicate organizational development plans and progress to employees and leadership.
