  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline and monitor sales funnel performance.
  • Develop action plans to improve showroom traffic and digital lead performance.

  • Work closely with marketing teams to implement campaigns that drive showroom visits and digital engagement.

Ideal Profile
  • Minimum six to eight years of experience in automotive sales.
  • At least two years of experience in a sales management or team leadership role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and improving team performance.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital lead management, and automotive sales pipelines.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Passion for electric mobility, innovation, and customer focused sales.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
