  • Ensure showroom standards reflect the premium positioning of the BYD electric vehicle brand
  • Oversee daily operations of flagship showrooms and pop-up retail locations
  • Coordinate with marketing, training, HR, events, and aftersales teams to ensure seamless sales operations
  • Monitor sales metrics, customer feedback, and market insights to identify improvement opportunities
  • Translate sales data and performance indicators into actionable plans to improve results
  • Maintain operational discipline across sales teams and ensure adherence to brand standards
  • Build a high-performing retail culture focused on customer satisfaction and team accountability
Candidate Requirements
  • Eight or more years of experience in sales within automotive retail or customer focused retail environments
  • Minimum three years of leadership experience managing sales teams and performance targets
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics
  • Experience managing showroom operations or retail environments with high customer engagement
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are advantageous
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Strong leadership mindset with the ability to motivate teams and deliver measurable results
