- Diagnose and treat complex ENT conditions with subspecialty focus on trauma and head and neck surgery
- Perform emergency and elective procedures including tracheostomies, repair of penetrating neck injuries, and surgical management of facial trauma
- Provide comprehensive perioperative assessment and postoperative management ensuring optimal patient safety
- Lead emergency response for ENT-related trauma cases and airway emergencies
- Collaborate closely with trauma surgeons, neurosurgeons, anesthesiologists, and critical care teams
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and clinical governance meetings
- Educate patients and families regarding surgical procedures, recovery plans, and long-term outcomes
- Contribute to departmental audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education
- Mentor junior physicians and support academic research within the department
- Medical Degree with completed fellowship or subspecialty training in ENT or Otolaryngology
- Board certification in ENT Surgery from a recognized authority
- Demonstrated expertise in trauma surgery, head and neck reconstruction, tracheostomies, and facial trauma management
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage high-pressure emergency situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills considered beneficial
- DHA eligibility or licensure preferred
