  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of ENT conditions with focus on trauma and head and neck surgery
  • Perform emergency and elective procedures including tracheostomies and management of penetrating neck injuries
  • Lead surgical interventions for facial trauma and complex ENT cases
  • Provide comprehensive perioperative care ensuring patient safety and optimal recovery
  • Collaborate with trauma, neurosurgery, anesthesia, and critical care teams
  • Lead emergency response efforts for ENT trauma cases
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes
  • Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education programs
  • Mentor junior doctors and contribute to clinical teaching and research activities
Ideal Profile
  • Medical degree with specialization in ENT or Otolaryngology
  • Board certification or equivalent qualification in ENT Surgery
  • Proven expertise in trauma, head and neck surgery, and complex ENT procedures
  • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure clinical environments
  • Fluency in English; additional languages including Arabic are an advantage
