Diagnose and manage a wide range of ENT conditions with a subspecialty focus on trauma and head and neck surgery.
Perform emergency and elective procedures including tracheostomies, management of penetrating neck injuries, and surgical repair of facial trauma.
Provide comprehensive peri-operative and post-operative care, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
Lead and contribute to emergency ENT trauma response in collaboration with trauma surgeons, neurosurgeons, anesthesiologists, and critical care teams.
Manage complex inpatient and outpatient cases with high clinical autonomy at consultant level.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment options, surgical risks, and recovery pathways.
Participate in clinical audits, morbidity and mortality reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
Contribute to teaching, mentoring junior doctors, and involvement in clinical research and CME activities.Ideal Profile
Medical degree from a recognized institution with fellowship or subspecialty training in ENT / Otolaryngology.
Board certification or equivalent in ENT Surgery.
Proven consultant-level expertise in trauma, head and neck surgery, tracheostomies, and facial trauma management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure, multidisciplinary environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English is essential; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.Compensation and Benefits
