- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously
- Process all cashiering transactions promptly and accurately during day and night shifts
- Provide clear information and solutions to guest inquiries and special requirements
- Deliver personalized assistance to guests throughout their stay
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Maintain accurate records and follow front office procedures and standards
- Use hotel reservation systems such as Opera or similar platforms
- Uphold Atlantis service standards and brand values at all times
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, or minimum 2 years of front office experience in a luxury property
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Agent, or Guest Service Agent
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems such as Opera
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for service delivery
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Additional language skills such as Russian, Arabic, Chinese, French, or German are an advantage
