  • Handle cash and credit transactions following strict security and accounting procedures
  • Maintain guest confidentiality and privacy at all times
  • Coordinate communication between guests and various hotel departments
  • Operate the switchboard and manage guest messaging with professionalism
  • Support reservations sales calls and promote hotel services to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Assist guests with luggage handling when required
Ideal Profile
  • Previous experience in guest services, front office, or similar hospitality coordination role preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to remain organized and energetic in a fast-paced hotel environment
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable handling cash transactions accurately
  • Physically fit to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage
  • Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Additional language skills are an advantage
