  • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures while verifying guest identity and reservation details.
  • Confirm payment methods and set up accurate guest accounts based on booking requirements.
  • Issue and activate room keys and allocate rooms according to hotel policies.
  • Enter loyalty program information and ensure guest profiles are properly recorded.
  • Verify room rates against market codes and document any exceptions when necessary.
  • Confirm payments before issuing room keys and adjust billing details if required.
  • Prepare daily front office reports, operational logs, and occupancy records.
  • Complete cashier reports and manage shift closing procedures.
  • Provide guests with directions, hotel information, and assistance with services and facilities.
  • Respond to guest requests and coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments.
  • Process multiple payment types including vouchers, refunds, and guest charges.
  • Count and reconcile cash at the beginning and end of each shift according to accounting procedures.
  • Report security incidents or guest concerns to the hotel safety and loss prevention team.
  • Maintain professional communication and ensure compliance with company service standards.
Ideal Profile
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum one year of experience in hospitality, hotel reception, or guest services roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
