- Welcome customers professionally and create a positive front office environment.
- Process vehicle rental transactions including check-in, check-out, and vehicle returns.
- Promote and upsell additional services such as insurance packages, vehicle upgrades, GPS devices, and fuel plans.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with company rental policies and procedures.
- Conduct vehicle inspections with customers during pickup and return to record fuel levels, cleanliness, and damages.
- Maintain accurate records of all rental transactions within the rental management system.
- Ensure timely invoicing for rental charges and additional services.
- Coordinate with fleet and operations teams to ensure vehicle availability and readiness.
- Monitor reservations, late returns, and no-show bookings and take appropriate follow-up actions.
- Assist customers in enrolling in loyalty programs and promote company offers and campaigns.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and customer service workspace.
- University graduate or equivalent academic qualification.
- Minimum two years of experience in customer service or client facing roles.
- Basic understanding of the vehicle rental or automotive service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage customer requests, complaints, and service issues efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent English communication skills; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
