- Discuss with the team to formulate strategic and operational objectives quarterly, ensuring they are aligned with financial goals.
- Manage instructor schedules and coordinate class starts to optimize resource utilization and reduce costs.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions align with financial regulatory-based best practices.
- Develop a pipeline of new customers and new training opportunities in line with the market needs, trends and any specific customer requirements.
- Conversion of pipeline into secured orders driving overall business growth and profitability
- Interact with clients during visits, managing operational training equipment and materials to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Enforce regulatory authority policy and safety standards to ensure client confidence and satisfaction.
- Handle client registrations and maintain effective communication to support client training programs.
- Motivate employees through positive encouragement to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
- Perform quality controls and monitor production processes to ensure best practices are in place.
- Purchase materials as required and oversee storeroom stocks to maintain cost-effective inventory levels.
- Manage interaction with client visits, ensuring smooth operational workflow and coordination.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions are properly executed according to regulatory best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs, processes, and workflows for quality and effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
- Identify opportunities to expand new courses or implement changes within in-house training programs.
- Make process and workflow improvement recommendations based on evaluations.
- Initiate discussions with the team to develop innovative strategies and operational objectives on a quarterly basis.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to continuously improve and innovate training programs and operations
- 5-7 years of experience in operations, training management, or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven track record in managing budgets, inventories, and optimizing resource use.
- Experience in managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective operational measures.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong background in evaluating training programs for effectiveness.
- Experience in formulating and executing strategic objectives with the team.
- Ability to align operational objectives with strategic financial goals.
