  • Track campaign performance metrics and implement continuous improvements
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with strong focus on data or marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or lifecycle marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and experience working with SQL
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Braze or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
