- Ensure effective handling of customer complaints and consistent customer service standards
- Enforce standard sales procedures, data accuracy, and compliance across all touchpoints
- Coach and develop sales teams to strengthen product knowledge, skills, and career progression
- Oversee documentation, legal compliance, and adherence to government procedures to minimize risk
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and product updates to drive continuous improvement
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience including 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Strong leadership capability with proven experience in team motivation and performance management
- Solid knowledge of customer service principles and satisfaction standards
- Basic proficiency in English, Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Strong analytical, judgement, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, presentation tools, and database systems
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
