- Drive sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue growth in line with business targets
- Set and maintain premium customer experience standards aligned with BYD brand values
- Translate commercial strategy into clear sales plans, targets, and floor execution
- Coach, motivate, and develop sales teams to achieve consistent high performance
- Monitor KPIs, sales funnels, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, pricing policies, and brand guidelines
- Act as the senior point of presence on the retail floor, resolving issues and guiding decisions in real time
- Proven experience in automotive or premium retail sales leadership roles
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales growth
- Confident people leader with the ability to inspire, coach, and influence teams
- Excellent customer-facing skills with a strong understanding of brand-led selling
- Comfortable working in high-visibility environments with accountability for results
- Interest or experience in electric vehicles or future mobility is an advantage
- Lead the retail growth of a globally recognized electric vehicle brand in Dubai
