- Prepare detailed material takeoffs from engineering drawings, specifications, and project plans
- Develop work breakdown structures defining project scope and deliverables
- Compile comprehensive bases of estimate including pricing, assumptions, and exclusions
- Generate cost estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, and general conditions
- Apply both top-down and bottom-up estimation methods depending on project scope
- Utilize historical cost data to validate and benchmark estimates
- Prepare bid documentation and request quotations from vendors and subcontractors
- Assess contract risks and evaluate potential cost and schedule impacts
- Maintain estimating databases and support cost data management
- Collaborate with estimating teams to deliver accurate and quality-controlled estimates
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior estimators
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and contractual requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3 years experience in estimating for infrastructure projects
- Experience in roads, bridges, or tunnels projects is required
- Familiarity with construction contracts, drawings, and specifications
- Experience using estimating software and cost databases
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in team environments
- Cost estimation and BOQ preparation

- AutoCAD and Microstation familiarity
