OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and manage our Vocational and Training Center in the UAE. The role is responsible for driving strategic growth, ensuring operational excellence, developing accredited programs, and building strong industry partnerships to deliver high-quality vocational education and training.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the center's vision, strategy, and overall operations.
  • Ensure full compliance with KHDA, ACTVET, and relevant UAE regulatory authorities.
  • Design, develop, and secure accreditation for vocational training programs aligned with market needs.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with government bodies, corporates, and industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee faculty, trainers, and administrative staff to ensure high performance and student success.
  • Drive student enrollment, retention, and employability outcomes.
  • Monitor budgets, resources, and operational efficiency of the center.
  • Implement quality assurance standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in vocational education, training management, or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks (KHDA, ACTVET).
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent business development and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in program accreditation and curriculum development.
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships and industry collaborations.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on student outcomes and growth.
  • Salary: AED 8,000/month
  • Benefits as per UAE labor law.
