  • Act as the face of BYD's retail experience across showrooms and pop-up locations in Dubai
  • Deliver premium, personalized customer journeys from first interaction to vehicle handover and beyond
  • Educate customers on electric vehicle technology, sustainability benefits, ownership experience, and aftersales support
  • Conduct immersive product demonstrations and test drives to build confidence and trust
  • Drive sales performance through relationship-building, storytelling, and proactive engagement
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, manage sales pipelines, and follow up consistently with prospective customers
  • Ensure retail environments reflect BYD's luxury-tech brand standards across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and aftersales teams to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience
  • Support brand events, activations, and customer handovers to ensure premium execution
Ideal Profile
  • Customer-focused professional with a strong interest in electric vehicles and future mobility
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer experience roles, preferably in mid-luxury retail, hospitality, or F and B
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Comfortable guiding customers through high-consideration purchasing decisions
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Holds a valid UAE driving license
  • Ethical, proactive, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a future-focused automotive brand
