Shiplift Maintenance Technician - Marine Operations - DP World - Dubai, UAE

• Ensure all marine maintenance and shiplift operations are performed safely with strict adherence to workplace safety standards
• Conduct daily inspections of shiplift systems to verify operational readiness and equipment condition
• Prepare docking cradles according to technical drawings provided by the Dock Master
• Ensure all equipment required for docking and undocking operations is available, functional, and properly certified
• Maintain and service shiplift equipment and trolley systems to ensure continuous operational performance
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with engineering specifications, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Review work instructions, dock procedures, risk assessments, and safety reports before beginning any task
• Assist in implementing health, safety, and environmental policies within marine operations
• Perform operational inspections to ensure workforce performance meets safety and technical standards
• Monitor daily operational tasks related to marine maintenance to ensure uninterrupted workflow
• Support docking teams during vessel docking and undocking procedures
• Perform additional marine maintenance duties or operational assignments as directed by supervisors

• Experience working in marine maintenance, shipyard operations, or port engineering environments
• Knowledge of shiplift systems, docking equipment, and marine maintenance procedures
• Understanding of technical drawings, docking layouts, and equipment setup requirements
• Familiarity with safety procedures, risk assessments, and marine operational standards
• Ability to inspect and maintain heavy mechanical equipment used in shipyard operations
• Strong attention to safety, operational accuracy, and compliance with engineering specifications
