- Manage full lifecycle physical operations for middle distillates including gasoil and diesel
- Execute cargo movements from pre-fixture planning through final settlement and post-delivery review
- Coordinate with terminals, shipowners, surveyors, agents, and suppliers on loading, discharge, storage, and blending
- Ensure all activities comply with contractual terms, internal controls, and regulatory frameworks
- Prepare and review shipping and operational documentation accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and product specifications to maintain quality standards
- Provide real-time operational updates to traders and support resolution of execution issues
- Track laytime and follow up on demurrage matters
- Identify process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Proven hands-on experience in oil, energy, or commodities trading operations
- Direct exposure to middle distillates physical execution
- Strong commercial awareness within trading floor environments
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across internal and external teams
