- Support execution of natural gas and LNG trading operations from contract to final settlement
- Coordinate closely with traders, LNG charterers, terminals, shippers, and counterparties for accurate gas scheduling
- Plan and strategise vessel movements jointly with trading and operations teams
- Monitor nominations, allocations, balancing, and settlement processes for LNG contracts
- Manage shipping and logistics documentation in compliance with contractual and regulatory standards
- Optimise LNG loading and unloading activities and ensure clear communication of operational updates
- Track inventory across pipelines, storage facilities, and counterparties, resolving discrepancies promptly
- Prepare and verify invoices, settlement statements, and operational documentation with finance teams
- Maintain awareness of evolving LNG market regulations and shipping requirements
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and contribute to process improvement and risk management initiatives
- Degree in Shipping, Maritime Studies, or related discipline
- 3 to 5 years of LNG shipping operations experience within oil majors or trading houses
- Sea-going experience on tanker vessels is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of multi-commodity shipping operations
- Good understanding of Time Charter Party agreements
- Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced trading environment
