- Manage daily cash management back-office operations including onboarding of corporate clients and product setup
- Support execution of cash management system initiatives including requirement drafting and user acceptance testing
- Collaborate with department leadership to enhance corporate internet banking capabilities
- Analyse and compile business performance metrics and prepare operational reports
- Ensure smooth processing of remittances and SWIFT transactions in line with settlement principles
- Liaise with front-office teams and internal units such as Compliance, Fintech, and Finance
- Support project implementation and system migration initiatives
- Execute additional operational tasks assigned by department leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cash management back-office operations
- Strong knowledge of corporate e-banking platforms
- Practical experience with SWIFT messaging and remittance processing
- Understanding of settlement risk principles and operational controls
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in project coordination or system enhancement initiatives preferred
