- Conduct comprehensive land surveys using GPS and GNSS systems, total stations, and laser levels
- Establish survey control networks, benchmarks, and coordinate systems for infrastructure and underground utility projects
- Perform leveling, traversing, and boundary surveys to support construction activities
- Carry out site reconnaissance for micro tunneling and STP projects
- Collect, process, and analyze survey data ensuring compliance with project specifications and UAE standards
- Prepare detailed survey reports, site layouts, and as-built documentation using AutoCAD and surveying software
- Monitor underground utilities and existing infrastructure to prevent construction conflicts
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align surveying outputs with project goals
- Maintain accurate field records, documentation, and audit-ready survey files
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements during field operations
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or related field
- Professional Land Surveyor certification preferred
- Minimum 7 years of professional land surveying experience
- Proven experience in roads, infrastructure, micro tunneling, and STP projects
- Strong knowledge of coordinate systems, datum transformations, and survey calculations
- Familiarity with UAE surveying regulations and local authority requirements
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Advanced GPS and GNSS surveying
