Senior Land Surveyor - Roads and Infrastructure - AECOM - Dubai, UAE

• Perform land surveying activities under the direction of the Senior Highway Surveyor
• Establish primary horizontal and vertical control points with accurate reference ties
• Record measurements, rod readings, and calculations precisely in field documentation
• Verify survey accuracy through traverse closures and benchmark circuits
• Conduct pre-construction surveys to confirm site conditions and identify obstructions
• Support construction layout and setting out for roads, pavements, curbs, drainage, and utilities
• Monitor contractor alignment, grading, and levels against approved design drawings
• Coordinate with contractor survey teams and Resident Engineer to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain and calibrate survey instruments including GPS and total stations
• Assist in preparation of as-built drawings and maintain survey records for reporting

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, or related discipline
• 7 to 10 years of experience in land surveying and infrastructure projects
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of mandatory UAE experience
• RTA or Dubai Municipality approval preferred
• Strong knowledge of setting out works for roads and utility projects
• Experience using GPS, total stations, and modern surveying software
