• Diagnose and manage complex hematologic diseases including leukemia, lymphoma, anemia, and other blood disorders
• Provide comprehensive care for patients requiring bone marrow transplantation and advanced cellular therapies
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including bone marrow biopsies, stem cell mobilization, collection, and transplantation
• Administer and monitor advanced immunotherapies including CAR T Cell Therapy where indicated
• Collaborate with oncologists, transplant specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized treatment plans
• Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and hematology tumor boards to support complex case management
