- Diagnose and manage pediatric oncology and hematology cases including leukemia, lymphoma and solid tumors
- Perform and supervise autologous and allogeneic bone marrow transplant procedures
- Lead multidisciplinary discussions and design personalized treatment protocols
- Oversee junior doctors and fellows in oncology and transplant practices
- Ensure adherence to international healthcare standards and clinical protocols
- Engage in clinical research, trials and continuous medical education programs
- Provide guidance and counseling to patients and families regarding treatment and recovery plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation aligned with regulatory standards
- Participate in emergency coverage and on-call rotations when required
- Medical degree with board certification in Pediatric Hematology Oncology
- Fellowship training in Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant is mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of post fellowship experience in pediatric oncology and transplant care
- Eligibility for UAE medical licensing requirements
- Strong leadership and communication capabilities in clinical settings
- Experience working in advanced tertiary care environments preferred
- Western training background considered an advantage
