  • Report, maintain, and execute digital and AI strategies aligned with organizational objectives and governance frameworks
  • Oversee performance tracking, value realization, and sustainable integration of digital and AI initiatives
  • Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of digital platforms, tools, and services
  • Optimize websites, mobile applications, and customer-facing digital touchpoints
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through digital technologies and innovation
  • Lead adoption of emerging digital tools, trends, and best practices
  • Monitor digital platform performance using KPIs and analytics tools
  • Analyze user behavior, service effectiveness, and ROI, and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to deliver high-quality digital services
  • Provide training and support to staff on digital platforms and tools
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, data privacy regulations, and quality benchmarks

Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years relevant professional experience in digital services or digital transformation
  • Proven experience delivering customer-centric digital solutions
  • Strong knowledge of content management systems and CRM platforms
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Understanding of digital trends, UX and UI principles, and SEO best practices
  • Experience supporting or participating in ISO audits is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Understanding of digitization principles and requirements
