- Expand market coverage and support growth in Honda Marine product visibility and market share.
- Manage key customer accounts and maintain high standards of service and satisfaction.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of sales experience in marine products, automotive solutions, technical equipment, or related sectors.
- Strong record of meeting sales targets and delivering commercial growth.
- Experience in key account management, dealer sales, or business development with technical products.
- Good knowledge of marine outboard engines, boating applications, and customer requirements in the UAE market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Ability to identify leads, manage a sales pipeline, and convert opportunities into revenue.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, reporting systems, and sales forecasting methods.
- Valid UAE driving license with willingness to travel for client visits and market development.
- Fluent English communication skills; Arabic is an added advantage.
