- Prepare and analyze bills of quantities (BoQ) for infrastructure maintenance projects with precision and accuracy
- Conduct detailed cost estimation, forecasting, and budget analysis to support project planning and financial control
- Monitor project expenditures and provide regular cost reports to project management and stakeholders
- Manage contract administration, including variations, claims, and change orders in accordance with contract terms
- Perform quantity measurements and valuations based on project specifications and industry standards
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, records, and cost databases for audit and reference purposes
- Analyze supplier quotations and negotiate pricing to optimize procurement costs
- Identify and assess financial risks associated with projects and recommend mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, standards, and organizational policies
- Prepare progress reports and financial statements for management review and decision-making
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar cost management role
- Proven experience in infrastructure maintenance projects or related construction environments
- Strong expertise in cost estimation, budget management, and financial forecasting
- Proficiency with quantity surveying software and tools (e.g., Bluebeam, Touchplan, or equivalent)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project
- Solid understanding of construction contracts, procurement practices, and contract administration
- Knowledge of UAE construction regulations, standards, and local building codes
- Familiarity with CAD software and ERP systems (preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Professional certification in quantity surveying or cost management (preferred)
