  • Support end to end real estate processes including site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, terminations, and store openings
  • Align property acquisition strategy with business growth plans and market expansion objectives
  • Manage lease administration, documentation validation, and contract maintenance in coordination with Legal and Insurance teams
  • Conduct risk assessments and monitor budget control for leases, rentals, and fit-out expenditures
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives related to property and development expenses
  • Coordinate landlord communications, lease amendments, and negotiation milestones to ensure timely execution
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure store openings and renovations are delivered on time
  • Identify and resolve property related issues with potential financial or operational impact
  • Provide portfolio data analysis and reporting insights to recommend optimization strategies
  • Ensure compliance with municipality regulations, government requirements, and legal agreements
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Economics, Real Estate, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 7 years experience in development management within major real estate projects
  • Strong understanding of commercial lease negotiations and retail property portfolio management
  • Experience within the MENA property sector preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong financial analysis and risk management capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
