Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
  • One to five years of experience in operations support, technical troubleshooting, or product coordination roles
  • Experience diagnosing system or operational process issues and resolving them effectively
  • Ability to analyze data and validate operational accuracy using Excel or similar tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in fast-paced operational environments
  • Experience working with logistics systems, fulfillment technologies, or operational platforms is beneficial
