Business Development Coordinator - Pipeline and Proposals

• Support pipeline shaping activities aligned with UAE market growth strategies and priority sectors
• Assist in identifying, qualifying, and tracking opportunities throughout the full business development cycle
• Coordinate complete proposal processes including prequalification documents, EOIs, and final submissions
• Work closely with engineering, project management, finance, legal, and risk teams to ensure accurate inputs
• Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive briefings on pipeline status and performance
• Review RFP, RFQ, and RFI documents to support compliance checks and proposal planning
• Contribute to capture planning by gathering client intelligence and supporting value proposition development
• Engage with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to support meetings and follow-up actions
• Maintain accurate opportunity records within CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Ensure consistency and transparency of pipeline data through timely updates
• Support market analysis and competitive intelligence activities to enhance proposal positioning
• Collaborate across teams to improve business development and proposal processes

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, proposal coordination, or commercial support roles
• Strong understanding of UAE engineering or infrastructure market and procurement practices
• Experience managing full proposal lifecycle including tendering and submission processes
• Ability to prepare pipeline reports, forecasts, and management-level summaries
• Strong coordination skills when working with senior leadership and technical teams
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce for opportunity tracking
• Proposal coordination and documentation management
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to contribute to technical and commercial proposal content
