The Business Development Coordinator plays a key role in supporting commercial growth by managing proposal workflows, tracking opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams. This role contributes directly to securing new projects, improving bid quality, and strengthening client relationships.Key Responsibilities
- Support pipeline development and opportunity tracking aligned with regional growth strategies
- Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities from early stage to award
- Coordinate full proposal lifecycle including prequalification, EOIs, and tender submissions
- Liaise with engineering, finance, legal, and project teams to gather proposal inputs
- Review RFP, RFQ, and RFI documents to ensure compliance and submission readiness
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and management briefings on pipeline performance
- Maintain accurate opportunity data within CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Support capture planning, market research, and competitive analysis activities
- Assist in organizing client meetings, presentations, and follow-up actions
- Ensure timely and high-quality submission of all proposal documentation
- Contribute to improving business development and proposal processes
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or proposal coordination roles
- Experience within engineering, infrastructure, or professional services sector
- Strong understanding of UAE market and procurement processes
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
