The position contributes directly to sales growth, brand representation, and customer satisfaction within a dynamic retail environment.Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly approach and create a positive first impression
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers in making purchase decisions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to ensure a professional retail environment
- Support fitting room service and follow up with customers to improve shopping experience
- Operate the cash register efficiently and assist with transactions and customer data capture
- Assist in visual merchandising activities to maintain brand standards
- Perform housekeeping duties and ensure all store areas are well-presented
- Thank customers and encourage repeat visits through excellent service
- 1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service roles
- High school qualification with basic understanding of retail operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with customer-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Illustrator, or Photoshop is an advantage
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical store activities
- Customer service and sales techniques
