- Support and execute automotive brand activations including product launches, media events, showroom campaigns, and public engagements.
- Plan and coordinate showroom sales events to increase customer footfall and improve brand visibility.
- Collaborate with senior brand managers to support sponsorship initiatives and strategic brand partnerships.
- Manage brand related internal and external events including showroom openings, refurbishments, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and maintain brand assets and visual merchandising standards across sales and aftersales locations.
- Execute public marketing activations and experiential campaigns designed to increase brand awareness.
- Monitor event budgets and provide performance reporting to evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure brand standards and customer experience guidelines are maintained across retail locations.
- Work closely with sales, aftersales, customer experience, and marketing teams to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
- Support internal capability development through training initiatives and participation in brand experience programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience in event management, brand experience, marketing activations, or experiential marketing programs.
- Understanding of automotive brand marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience working with marketing agencies and cross functional teams in fast paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of brand positioning, consumer engagement, and retail marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with event production, marketing technology, and digital engagement channels.
