- Motor Shows, Exhibitions & Displays
- Sports & Lifestyle Sponsorship Activations
- Conferences & Corporate Events
BTL & Experiential Execution
- Lead the production of BTL campaigns and events from concept to completion
- Translate client briefs and brand strategies into actionable execution plans
- Develop detailed proposals including timelines, venues, suppliers, staffing, budgets, and operational requirements
- Secure and manage venues, suppliers, contractors, and production partners
- Ensure all legal, insurance, health & safety, and compliance requirements are met
- Oversee on-ground delivery, troubleshooting, and quality control during live activations
- Manage event dismantling, wrap-up, and post-event handover
- Design and manage customer journeys across pre-event, live, and post-event touchpoints
- Ensure consistency and excellence across all customer-facing moments
- Identify opportunities to enhance engagement, flow, and brand perception
- Collaborate with creative, digital, CRM, and PR teams to deliver integrated experiences
- Act as the day-to-day client contact for BTL and CX scopes
- Liaise closely with internal teams (creative, media, production, PR)
- Coordinate with external stakeholders including venues, vendors, speakers, partners, and media
- Manage expectations, timelines, and approvals throughout project delivery
- Prepare, manage, and reconcile event and activation budgets
- Track costs, ensure financial efficiency, and manage suppliers against agreed scopes
- Support sponsorship, partner, or exhibitor coordination where required
- Conduct post-event evaluations including data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Track performance metrics such as attendance, engagement, leads, and CX feedback
- Share insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns
- Strong expertise in BTL marketing, events, and experiential activations
- Solid understanding of customer experience and journey design
- Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure
- Confident communicator with client-facing experience
- Commercially aware with budget management experience
- 5+ years’ experience in BTL, experiential, events, or CX roles
- Advertising agency experience preferred
- Automotive experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
