- Mix beverages based on established and custom recipes tailored to guest preferences and outlet themes
- Deliver a personalized and professional bar experience by engaging with guests and upselling premium offerings
- Recommend exceptional wine and cocktail pairings based on the outlet's concept and guest preferences
- Guide and assist Bartenders during busy operations to ensure smooth service and timely delivery
- Ensure accurate processing of transactions, billing, and stock handling
- Create attractive displays of glassware, bottles, and bar elements to enhance ambiance
- Follow hygiene standards, support training of junior team members, and uphold brand excellence
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a luxury or international hospitality setting
- Higher Secondary School Certificate; basic food and hygiene training mandatory
- Demonstrated ability in beverage upselling and guest interaction
- Skilled in mixology and wine pairing
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork capabilities
