You\'ll curate unique drink recipes that reflect the beachside atmosphere while working closely with the bartending team to ensure seamless service. Your role will directly enhance the guest experience at one of Dubai's most stylish beach lounges.What You'll Do
- Prepare cocktails and fine beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences
- Provide tailored recommendations and upsell wine and beverage selections to elevate the guest experience
- Ensure all guest transactions are accurately recorded and settled
- Mentor and support Bartenders to maintain service consistency and efficiency
- Set up the bar with attractive product displays and maintain cleanliness and visual appeal
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor stock levels, maintain hygiene standards, and uphold all safety and service policies
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-end or international hospitality environment
- Higher Secondary School Certificate and basic food hygiene training required
- Strong communication, upselling, and guest engagement skills
- Knowledge of wine pairing and beverage presentation techniques
- Leadership qualities and ability to support team performance under pressure
