You\'ll play a key role in enhancing the guest experience at one of Dubai's most elegant seaside venues.What You'll Do
- Prepare creative cocktails and beverages in line with Cala Vista's high standards and guest preferences
- Recommend drinks and food pairings while upselling premium beverages based on guest profiles
- Supervise and support the bartending team to ensure consistent service delivery
- Monitor all bar transactions to ensure accurate billing and reporting
- Maintain a well-organized, visually appealing bar setup with clean, safe work practices
- Continuously assess guest needs and provide bespoke service to ensure loyalty and satisfaction
- Higher Secondary School Certificate and Basic Food Hygiene Training
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a luxury hospitality setting
- Demonstrated ability to upsell and provide tailored beverage recommendations
- Knowledge of wine pairing, mixology, and bar operations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
