- Handle guest inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally
- Follow company procedures for cash handling and reporting
- Previous experience in customer service, ticketing, or cashier roles preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse guests
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Attention to detail in handling transactions and guest requests
- Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work in different locations within the destination
